What do I pay upfront before my shoot?

You need to pay the non-refundable $50 deposit up front to secure your date + time with me.

 

How long do I have to place my portrait order?

7 days maximum, unless there are circumstances out of your control, you can place your order and pay in full on the day, or put on a layby from $20 p/week.
 

Do you help with styling/clothing?
I supply 20+ gowns and robes at my sessions, for family or maternity. With sizing from 6-20.

What should we bring to our photoshoot?

I will share with you some Pinterest boards for ideas on styling/outfits/backdrops.  If your children have a favorite toy or book, your welcome to bring along.

How long do you keep images on file? Can I re-order more products later?

Forever! I don't delete photo's; they are all stored on separate hard drives. Wedding galleries stay up for 3 months, portrait galleries are up for 30 days. A fee of $15.00 applies if you need your gallery photos re-uploaded.

 

When will I receive my gallery?
You will receive your online gallery within 24 hours for you to look through, typically it is uploaded the same night as your shoot.

Do you offer payment plans? 
Yes! I offer payment plans from $20.00 per week.

Do you offer un-edited images?

No, I do not offer any un-edited images. All of the products, and images I sell, will be edited. If you have any questions regarding edits (photoshopping), please contact me.

​Do you have a studio?

No, I do all of my session outdoors except for in home lifestyle newborn sessions. I typically opt for indoors at client's homes if it is too cold or too hot that day.

Do you charge for travel?

Yes, there is a small fee of 20c per km, the first 40km out from Gawler are included. Travel fee's are calculated from the 40km out, to the shoot, and back to Gawler.

What subjects do you photograph?

Weddings, Maternity, Newborn, Horse/Equine, Engagement, Family, Mummy & Me. I don't typically do events, like birthdays or engagement parties.

Do you offer dress hire for non-photography clients? 

Yes! All of my client closet is for hire.
